Now available: Official SDKs for Typescript, Go, and PHP

We just launched three official quickstart SDKs for the name.com Core API. These toolkits do the bulk of the connection work for you, so you can start building your reseller integration in minutes.

The SDKs use your standard name.com Core API credentials:

Here are the other API updates from the last month:

  • New webhook: account.domain.removal — fires when a domain is removed from a subscriber's account. Docs
  • Free WHOIS Privacy — the docs now make clear it's free for all users and doesn't affect purchasePrice or totalPaid; omit privacyEnabled to use your account default.
  • 503 Service Unavailable now documented — listed on all endpoints for scheduled maintenance windows. Watch status.name.com for updates.
  • Empty-body POSTs clarified — no-field actions like enableAutorenew, lockDomain, and cancelTransfer now document an empty JSON body ({}). Behavior is unchanged.
  • Idempotency key lifetime corrected — the X-Idempotency-Key cache lasts 1 hour, not 12 as previously stated. Behavior is unchanged.
